Franziska Jahn-Madell is director of global stewardship at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, she is responsible for creating a companywide global stewardship strategy, incorporating sustainability, engagement, and proxy voting. She is based in London. Franziska joined MFS in 2021 in her current role. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Frankfurt University as an academic assistant. She also spent ten years as a principal research analyst at EIRIS in London, and most recently spent seven years at Ruffer as head of responsible investment. Franziska earned two Masters of Administration degrees from Frankfurt University, with honors. She studied Catholic Theology and German Literature.
