Carlos Santos is CEO of Ethos Asset Management and Ethos Group, where he runs the Group in 72 countries and eight global offices. He has been directly involved in the companies’ business areas: project financing and financial trading. Mr. Santos holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and multiple Master’s degrees in Finance, Banking Accounting, and International Taxation. As a reflection of his academic and professional excellence, he received the Men Leaders to Look Upto Award (2021), the Africa Dubai Honours Award for Excellence and Leadership Prowess (2021) and the Ernst & Young Award: Best Economist (2016), and Banco de Portugal Award (2015).
